You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. For example, if your order was delivered on July 5th, you must start the return process no later than August 4th.
2.2 Product Condition
Fans must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. All original packaging, including boxes, plastic wraps, and tags, should be intact. All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards that came with the fan must be included.
For opened fans, they must be in resalable condition. Minor signs of inspection, such as briefly testing the fan, are acceptable. However, visible signs of wear, damage, or modification will make the product ineligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-Ordered Fans: Fans customized to your specifications cannot be returned.

Final Sale Fans: Clearly marked final sale fans, often at discounted prices, are not eligible for return.

Damaged by Customer Neglect: Fans damaged due to misuse, such as exposure to water when not designed for it or improper handling, cannot be returned.
4. Return Process
4.1 Request Initiation
